I think it's amazing how much the internet has changed things for hurricane watchers with the ability to view web cams and watch news coverage from areas thousands of miles away. The way sat and radar images are in reach by the click of a mouse. :cowboy:

You are so right. Back when Alicia came through here, I was happy to have TWC. Now I can't hardly watch it for watching the live feeds on the computer. Earlier today I had 8 different windows at once, trying to keep track of all the severe weather, what other boards were reporting, sats, loops, noaa, you name it. Could NEVER have done that back then, LOVE TECHNOLOGY. It MAKES my day.
