Does anyone have any idea as to when we will see some really cold air here? Well, really cold for us, that is......is there any arctic air building up that will spill down this way anytime soon? I'm really ready for some frigid weather!
I heard a rumour that Turkey Day Morning could see lows in the 30s. With a severe outbreak expected on Tuesday, that would lead credibility to that rumour. I'm also a little tired of this humid mess. Actually went out and bought my first pair of boots yesterday so am ready for the COLD.

I am ready for the COLD too. Bozo you just bought your first pair of boots and how long have you lived in Houston Texas?? LOL....around here - I can't walk in the yard without boots after a deluge.
Not much water drained off for us - the ditches are still full and the yard is still like a swamp. The sun is finally coming up and the sky off to the west is ominious looking this morning - don't know if those storms will make it all the way to the east side of Houston. But we did get rain last night.

Where did you hear that??? I hope it's true! All I've heard is lows in the upper 40s and highs in the 60s and nothing about 30s.
