SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS TORNADO
WAS LOCATED NEAR LA PORTE.MOVING NO. AT 25 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE.
BAYTOWN.
CHANNELVIEW.
HIGHLANDS.
BARRETT.

PLEASE REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE COUNTY SHERIFF.LOCAL POLICE.

My parents live in Highlands - in the direct path of the tornado - didn't see it or get any damage - but they got 4 inches of rain in less than 1 1/2 hours. Have lots of water in yards. Limbs and leaves down from the torrential rains from the severe thunderstorm complex.
