* Flash Flood Warning For The Following Counties...
Wilson

* Until 1015 Pm Cdt

* At 820 Pm Cdt...flash Flooding Was Reported From Thunderstorms
Near Stockdale...moving Southwest At 10 Mph.

* Other Locations In The Warning Include Sutherland Springs...poth...
Pandora And Floresville.

Additional Rainfall Amounts Of One Inch Are Possible On Areas That Have Already Received Amounts Of 1 To 3 Inches In The Past Few Hours Will Cause Flooding Problems Over Wilson County.

A Flash Flood Warning Means That Flooding Is Occurring Or Is
Imminent. Most Flash Flood Deaths Occur In Automobiles. Do Not
Attempt To Cross Bridges...dips...or Other Low Spots If Water Covers The Roadway. Never Try To Cross A Flowing Stream...even A Small One...on Foot. To Escape Rising Water Move Up To Higher Ground.

* Flash Flood Warning For...
North Central Colfax County In Northeast New Mexico

* Until 945 Pm Mdt

* At 745 Pm Mdt...law Enforcement Officials Reported 2 To 3 Feet On The City Streets In Raton As Well As Water Over State Highway 555 Near To The Canadian River. Thunderstorms Will Continue To Affect The Area Around Raton As Well As To The North. Due To The Already Abundant Moisture In The Soil From Last Evenings Returns Flash Flooding Will Continue For The Next Couple Of Hours.

Do Not Drive Into Areas Where Water Covers The Roadway. Many Flash Flood Deaths Occur In Automobiles.

* Flash Flood Warning For...
Central Pima County In Arizona
This Includes The City Of Sells

* Until 1130 Pm Mst

* At 525 Pm Mst...weather Service Doppler Radar Indicated Two Areas Of Heavy Rain Across The Tohono Oodham Indian Nation. One Area Was Between Comobabi And Sells While The Other Area Was Between Cowlic And Kom Vo.

Radar Estimated Rainfall Totals Between 2 To 4 Inches North Of Sells And Along The Vamori Wash Between Cowlic And Kom Vo. Secondary Washes Will Flow Into Vamori Wash Over The Next 3 To 5 Hours With The Water Likely Headed For The Village Of Kom Vo Later Tonight. Additional Thunderstorms With Heavy Rain Will Also Affect The Area Near Gu Vo With Flash Flooding Of Small Stream Likely.

Small Streams...secondary Roads...and Normally Dry Washes Will Flood Quickly. Do Not Drive Into Flooded Areas. Move To Higher Ground.

Western Kane County In Utah

* Until 945 Pm Mdt

* At 742 Pm Mdt...weather Service Doppler Radar Indicated Very Heavy Rain 7 Miles Southeast Of Glendale...or About 17 Miles North Of Kanab...moving East At 20 Mph.

Excessive Runoff From This Storm Will Cause Flash Flooding Of Small Creeks And Streams...specifically Kanab Creek And Tributaries. Additionally...country Roads And Farmlands Along The Banks Of Creeks And Streams And Other Low Lying Areas Are Subject To Flash Flooding.

A Flash Flood Warning Means That Flooding Is Imminent Or Occurring. If You Are In The Warning Area Move To Higher Ground Immediately. Residents Living Along Streams And Creeks Should Take Immediate Precautions To Protect Life And Property. Do Not Attempt To Cross Swiftly Flowing Waters Or Waters Of Unknown Depth By Foot Or By Automobile. If Your Vehicle Stalls, Abandon It Immediately And Seek Higher Ground.

A Flood Warning Continues Along Beaver Creek And Its Tributaries
Including Antelope And Buck Creeks. Sheet Flooding Continues Along These Creeks...as The Flood Waters Flow Over The Banks Of The Creeks And Spread Out Over A Wide...relatively Flat Area In Southeast Morgan County.

At 515 Pm Mdt...water Remained Over Highway 71 In A Few
Locations...but Morgan County Officials Reported That The Water Was Receding And Highway 71 Open. Flooding Continues Over Numerous County Roads East Of Highway 71 In Southeast Morgan County.

The Beaver Creek Flood Waters Continued To Move Very Slowly
Northward. The Flood On Beaver Creek Reached 2 Miles South Of The Town Of Brush At 515 Pm Mdt. It Is Expected To Be Near Brush By Early Saturday Morning.

A Flood Warning Means That Flooding Is Imminent Or Has Been Reported. Stream Rises Will Be Very Slow. But All Interested Parties Should Take Necessary Precautions Immediately.

Persistent Heavy Rains Occurring From Holly Hill To Ormond
Beach...tomoka Estates And Ormond By The Sea. Additional Rainfall
Amounts Of 3 To 5 Inches Have Occurred In Some Areas On Already
Saturated Ground This Morning.

The Volusia County Sheriffs Office Reported That The Pine Run
Apartment Complex In Ormond Beach Is Threatened By Rising Waters.
There Have Also Been Reports Of Several Road Closures In The US
Highway One Corridor From Holly Hill To Ormond Beach.

Excessive Runoff Will Cause Flooding Of Small Creeks And
Streams...urban Areas...highways...streets And Underpasses As Well
As Other Drainage Areas And Low Lying Spots.

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
RANDOLPH COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST GEORGIA
THIS INCLUDES CUTHBERT

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* AT 539 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN OVER RANDOLPH COUNTY.
RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 5 INCHES IN TWO HOURS
HAVE FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM
WILL CAUSE RAPID FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS
AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG
THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE
