Just thought this would be a good thread to have if anyone needed a special prayer request. I know from experience the power of prayer works.

Well I am going to be the first one to make a request here. I need everyone's prayers for my job situation. I have been subbing but its not enough to help out with the financial situation at home.

So all I ask is that you send prayers to me and my family and that I get a job soon or find an answer to our financial problems.

I've got numerous ones, but I'll stick with the most important ones for now. Meow's best friend was just told yesterday he has lung cancer that has already spread and has at most 18-24 months. He's 34 and NEVER smoked, nor did his parents smoke, nor does cancer run in his family. Meow is devastated and I adore the guy personally.

Two, I can figure out how to rectify this stupid home situation via self employment or a regular job that would still allow me to fulfill my Red Cross committments.

Last, Mel is really struggling with a kidney stone that just won't break free and is now on his 3rd round of meds and 3rd round of doctors. Some relief from his pain would be nice.
