I am curious to when crawfish come back in season again? Hubby got a pot to boil crawfish in from one of his buddies and he wants to know when he can get crawfish to have a boil.

ticka I found some information on crawfish. I am thinking that is in april or May when the season starts. I don't know if you live near this but they have a festival in Texas. Here is the information

Dates: April 22-24, 29, 30th & May 1, 2005
Hours: 6pm - Midnight each Friday
Noon until Midnight each Saturday
Noon until 6pm each Sunday
Location: Preservation Park, Old Town Spring, Texas
Admission:
Friday and Sunday $5 adults (under 12 yrs old free)
Saturdays - Noon to 4pm FREE
Saturdays - 4pm to 8pm $5 adults
After 8pm $10 adults
