Christopher Reeves aka Superman and baseball MVP from the San Diego Padres dies over the weekend. Wonder who else is going to pass - because it seems like the old saying deads come in 3's.
Sad day today.

Its so sad about christopher Reeves. He was a good guy and worked on alot of good things. I loved the Superman movies, couldn't believe what he went thru after his accident. His family will be in my prayers.

It is truly sad that we lost these gentlemen. Chic it is true Christopher did not live to see his ultimate goal accomplished but, he truly has inspiredand widened the prospects of those suffering from a spinal cord injury. I only hope and pray his foundation can continue the work they have started. His family will definately be in mh prayers.

Ken played baseball. He started his career with the Astros back in 1987. I remember watching his first major league at-bat vs. the Cubs...he homered. I also remember that he was suspended from the Astros for several weeks because he missed practice due to a hangover. He could just never get a handle on his addiction and it finally got the best of him. I'll miss him. He was one of my favorite players...he was a fierce competitor and he had a huge heart.
