Is looking more and more like a Tropical Depression this morning. Looks like its head towards the islands and the caribbean. As with all waves, keep an eye on it and the folks in Puerto Rico might be seeing some rain and wind in the next few days.
Models are all over the board with this system. Right now its a wait and see game.
