Here is a satellite view of the atlantic system this morning - will it be TD#2 - the NHC is thinking that it will .....

Circular pattern nicely formed. Don't particularly care for it so close to Melissa but will hope it is well gone by the time she gets down there. Then again, what MORON plans a cruise in the caribbean in AUGUST??????

What does the water vapor look like? Anybody check it yet before I waste my time?

Oh, and does anyone have a link that shows a more current sat view (i.e. less than 6 hours old?)

Stingray - you will only get 6 hour images because Eumetsat will only send those out. BTW - you can go to the Eumetsat site and see the different sectors from the old Met7 and the new Met8 and also Met5. Basically you will use the sector 4 and 5 (with Met 7 and 8) - but have fun.
