Is there a setting that lists the 25 most recent posts?

I thought I remembered a VBulletin setting that listed the most recent 20 or so posts just above the "Users currently logged on"

Also is there a place to attach PDF's?

that mod is not installed on this site and I don't think it has ever been installed here.

Why would you need to install a pdf file? As far as I know, pdfs are not on the list of attachable items. Try email.
