Elliptical Machine - I got one....

Didn't want to pay full price for a new one - so I found one on Craigslist in Crosby. It was only used once and its in excellent shape.

Now its getting used to an elliptical machine instead of a treadmill. It gives you a different type of workout but a good workout.

Now to get the motivation to do it at least once or twice a day.

Does anyone else have one? How do you like it?

No machines here... we had bought a pretty pricey treadmill a few years back. :walking: I think we used it 4-5 times... felt guilty as hell about it... then Katrina hit. Didn't have to feel guilty no more! LOL!!

Now I'm thinking about joining a jazzercise class!

I was just reading this forum and saw this post. Needless to say the Ellipitcial lasted only about 6 months at my house. It was torture on me. So I posted it on craigslist for a trade for an treadmill. I got another treadmill now - walking on it every other day.

Cali, don't know if you have ever done Jazzercise before, but if not it is great. It is fun and a great work out. It doesn't matter if you have years of dance experience or 2 left feet or if you are 12 of 72.
