Christmas Swap 2007

Would anyone on this forum be interested in doing a Christmas Swap? The idea behind this is each person who wants to participate - submits his name - then I would randomly draw names and give you a name for you to send an Christmas item too. All this is kept secret - until the individual receives the gift.

If anyone is interested we can discuss ground rules - like how much to set the spending limit, when to draw names and when gifts had to be mailed.

I have done this on two other boards and had a great time doing it....thought since we are a close group here if anyone is interested we might try doing this event.

I'm in! Sounds like fun to me! I'm looking forward to Christmas this year...last year was so sad with my grandmother so sick and this sounds like it would be a nice tradition to start. I've never done a 'secret santa' kind of thing before.... :)

I usually love these kinds of swaps! But, with this move and trying to get everything fixed, unpacked and settled in... I just don't think I'll have much time for shopping this year. Heck, I don't even know where our post office is! So I'll have to pass this time, but hopefully next year I'll be in better shape to do that!
