I'm about 10 miles east of Houma. Bands of rain come and go. No major wind as of now.

Talked to a customer in Grand Isle. The rain is the same but the winds has picked up some. The surf is high. The Mayor of Grand Isle has issued an evacuation to all RV and tourist on the island and residents have the option to leave.

From Golden Meadow on Hwy 1 going to Port Fourcheon the tides are rising. No road closure yet but expected as Cindy gets closer.
