Went to Dayton to see Chasity this evening - she is staying longer - but I missed my daugther - so went out to see her. They got all 8 inches as stated in the weather reports. Some subdivisions were totally submerged in water. One area they had all the autos parked on the main road and were using a backhoe to go back and forth into the flood area. Where Chas is staying - we had to at the end of the road - driveway was flooded and walked in to see her. They had 15 ft deep ditches and they were all full to the top and the water was flowing at a good pace still.
