Potential for Severe Weather in SE Texas

for May 25th! Looks like the storms on Wednesday night missed us and instead went over into LA. Looking a the radar I see storms building out in west texas - don't know if those will make it to the Houston area or not - I guess we will know if the morning hours.

Jeff what are your thoughts for the rest of the weekend the Memorial Day weekend?

I hate to wish it for a holiday weekend... but we need RAIN. I am dreading my water bill for this month!!

Hmm....*looks at radar*....looks like I might be getting my wish in the next few hours...the storm entering Wharton County right now looks nasty and it's moving in my general direction....

yup...just looked outside and it's starting to get darker towards the north...

uhh, and now it's thundering, lol although I think that is from the small storm in the northeastern part of this and Brazoria County...
