View Full Version : Where do you go on vacation?

Ok i need some ideas on where we can go on vacation i want to do something different and that is not in Georgia. Any suggestion want anything from TX to NC please or i will be stuck with Dollywood again lol.

Branson Missouri is a great place to go Sandy - not too far for you. Then if you want to drive - come to Texas - lots to do here. What about Mrytle Beach South Carolina. I have been there and lots to do again.

There is always Florida and all the theme parks and Hurricanes :-)

lol no thanks last time i went there was during spring and well just didn't enjoy it.

Branson is an idea and it has been 20 years since i have been to houston ticka i am sure a lot of things have changed. will check out what all yall have to offer besides hot weather and rattlesnakes. lol thanks for the advice.

Right now i don't know things keep going the way they are and i am heading out all by myself for vacation and leaving little one and dad at home.

We have been going to Topeka Kansas to the NHRA drags..it's coming up and I can't wait!!

Branson is close to me as well, 3 hours I think. We went a few years ago and had a blast.

Last month I camped in Marathon Key (florida keys) for 6 days. It was beautiful and the weather was great!! The clearest water I've ever seen. :)

Last year we went to Tybee Island...yup it's in GA...so this year we went to GUlf Shores and we loved it...It's also fun in Murphy, N.C. ..you can whitewater raft on the Nantahala...I also want to go to Lake Huron Or Lake Michigan during the summer ..Lake Huron is so beautiful it's like the ocean without the salt
