Or am I just weird? How is it that if you work for, with or OVER a guy they can be one way at work and another when not? How is that friendship line NOT approached by a man, but a woman can't differentiate between the two? Or is it just moi? These and other mysterious questions need to be discussed......:alien2:

ok I not exactly sure about the question, what u are saying. But i have worked for or with people before and you have to seperate work from friendship. i have worked for family and my oldest brother was a jerk at work and then everynite we went out together or he came over to my house. he was fine then. did i get the question right?

Ok, look at it this way. I have been the supervisor of 30 guys at one time. Everything was fine to a certain extent UNLESS I was friends with any of them. If something didn't go their way, I suddenly became not just their boss, but their enemy as well, completely ameliorating the friendship aspect. I would try and explain where the particular problem was as a boss/friend and man, that just made me a hard-nose you know what. Why does that line get drawn in the sand, like I would deliberately screw over a friend, who also happens to be an employee? This all started when one of my old guys called tonight and we were talking about the last company we worked for and an issue that had come up. He got aggravated all over again.........I thought "What the heck? We were friends up until YOU brought this up!!! Now, I'm the evil person again". Where is it written that the two shall never meet? Just an issue in my head. Disregard.
