Stork ReportDemi and Ashton's bundle of joy? Plus, Cameron's tumble, Britney's vow, and more ...
March 14, 2005
Are Demi Moore (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=260857) and Ashton Kutcher (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=165283) looking to seal their relationship with poopy diapers? London's News of the World claims the May-September lovebirds, who will soon celebrate their two-year anniversary, are awaiting the pitter-patter of little feet. According to the paper, Demi, 42, is about two months along.
News of the purported pregnancy comes just a couple of weeks after Kutcher, 27, revealed to Oprah Winfrey (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=230966) that he'd like to have children of his own "sometime." The "That '70s Show" star has been putting his paternal skills to the test with Rumer, 16, Scout, 13, and Tallulah, 11, Demi's daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=84313).
"The girls call me 'The MOD,' which is 'my other dad,'" Kutcher explained to Oprah of the Willis brood. "We talk about everything. All the time. Everything. And it's great."
So is there a little Dashmi on the way or is the baby talk all part of some elaborate "Punk'd" prank?
"Demi is not pregnant at this time," the preternaturally preserved actress' rep, Stephen Huvane, tells MSN Entertainment, seemingly implying that she wouldn't mind being in the family way at a later date.
And if the Kabbalah-loving duo does procreate, chances are good they will be one big happy extended family. At Sunday night's premiere of Kutcher's new flick "Guess Who (http://entertainment.msn.com/movies/movie.aspx?m=575106)," he and Demi were joined by Willis, who recently denied rumors of a May-Paleolithic Era romance with 18-year-old Lindsay Lohan (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=178011).
In other celebrity uterus news, Star magazine reports altar-bound twosome Heidi Klum (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=117038) and Seal (http://entertainment.msn.com/artist/?artist=16074790) are expecting their first child together.
While the supermodel's rep remains mum of the reproductive rumors, "one of her closest friends" tells the mag, "She is pregnant. They are very, very happy." In recent paparazzi pics, the svelte Klum has been showing off a noticeable belly bulge.
The couple, who became engaged over the holidays atop a Canadian glacier (Seal slipped a cornea-searing canary yellow diamond ring on Heidi's finger), just plunked down $4.3 million for a 4-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath Bel-Air estate.
Klum is mom to 11-month-old Leni, the product of her relationship with Italian businessman-playboy Flavio Briatore, whom she split with in late 2003. She and Seal began dating a short time later, and the singer happily took over the role of daddy when Leni was born.
"My daughter and my lady are the only thing going on in my life," he told People last October. "I've dreamt my whole life of having what I have now. I feel complete."
Klum, meanwhile, isn't the only star to have her belly scrutinized by paparazzi. Recent snaps of Reese Witherspoon (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=247136) have shown what appears to be a slight swelling in her mid-section, prompting whispers that she and husband Ryan Phillippe (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=180265) are expecting baby No. 3. While the "Legally Blonde (http://entertainment.msn.com/movies/movie.aspx?m=570303)" actress has been open about her desire to give look-alike daughter Ava, 5, and son Deacon, 16 months, a younger sibling, her rep insists to MSN Entertainment, "She is not pregnant."
That's not the case for tennis champ Pete Sampras (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=614076) and actress Bridgette Wilson-Sampras (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=476547), who will serve up a second child in the fall, according to published reports. Their son, Christian, is 2.
Gretchen Mol (http://entertainment.msn.com/celebs/celeb.aspx?c=172246) is also joining the Hollywood baby boom, says the New York Post. This would be the first child for the under-the-radar actress, who wed writer Todd Williams last summer. It's unlikely the news will net Mol a Demi-style pregnancy pose on the cover of Vanity Fair, which prematurely anointed her the next big thing back in 1998.
